Hosting migration

I've assisted hosting provider Origon with the migration of customers and data to Plesk powered servers. I've provided Origon with knowledge and advice on how to best use Plesk tools and utilities for a smooth migration from a non standard source environment. As well as hands on support for troubleshooting on issues encountered during the migration process. The migration contained well over 800 domains and close to 2TB of data.

Custom CRM system development

For the Almere Centrum shopping district I helped to develop a custom CRM application to store and manage data from the district's loyalty card program. I've created the technical brief, coordinated with stake holders and managed the development partners and provided training for end users of the CRM.

Almere Centrum is the largest shopping district in the region. With over 400 shops, bars and restaurants as well as a cinema, theater, museum and hotels. The popular loyalty card program of Almere Centrum provides members with product discounts, free access to services and exclusive workshops.

Major website overhaul in record time

Together with other partners we rebranded websites based on a common design for all major assets of Unibail-Rodamco in Europe, without the loss of content. This was a project with a tight deadline and each website was updated in record time without any downtime. Unibail-Rodamco (currently known as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) is a property developer and operator of high-quality real estate assets in Europe. Owning and operating over 60 shopping centers.

Event driven marketing campaigns

I've created numerous marketing campaigns for the Stadshart Amstelveen shopping Center. Combining both online and offline elements in campaigns to drive people to special marketing events in the shopping center. Working with various local and international partners to organize the events. Which includes chocolate art expositions, model scouting events, raffle events, sport events, celebrity meet and greets and workshops for children. Events were always well visited by people from all over the Netherlands.

Themed webpages where created to promote each event and helped to create an immersive customer experience.

Development of property management suite

Together with other development partners we've developed an online property management suite for Grontmij Vastgoedmanager (currently V&K Real Estate), to manage and publish their property portfolio online. Their portfolio consists of both commercial and residential property. The development project was led by me and delivered on time and within budget.

Online advertising

Commissioned by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield I ran, optimized and expanded the online marketing advertising for various shopping centers in the Netherlands. With a multi-channel approach which included online advertising with Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Google Ads and local advertising channels. These advertising campaigns significantly contributed to increased brand awareness and footfall in shopping centers.

Tailor made hosting solution

For Sony Benelux I provided a tailor made hosting solution for their innovative marketing and monitoring dashboard. Cutting edge bare metal server where used in a failover setup using a custom Nginx and MySQL configuration. Working closely with both client and development agency.

Social Media strategy and advertising

Colliers (formerly WPM retail groep) commissioned me to optimize and run social media advertising campaigns for various shopping centers they manage throughout the Netherlands. Boosting the brand awareness online for the shopping centers. I also advised Colliers on implementing a social media strategy and helped to tailor the strategy for each shopping center.
